This individual unit has recovered approximately $1,350,000 in civil penalties. These troopers are only part time but have effectively investigated a lot of accidents throughout Oklahoma.
The authorities have the right to investigate the scene of your accident and will do so to the best of their ability. They can determine who is at fault and responsible for the accident that occurred.
