About Fred Boettcher Law

Oklahoma lawyer, Fred Boettcher, has represented working men and women, protecting their rights for 42 years. Fred served in the Oklahoma Legislature from 1969 to 1974, always working for Oklahoma wage earners. He founded Lawyers for Working Oklahomans, a state-wide organization protecting the rights of injured workers. Over the years, his law practice grew to include 17 Oklahoma lawyers and 30 support personnel in 3 cities. He decided to accept only Social Security Disability, personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. When he sold his practice in 2000-2003, it was the largest of its kind in Oklahoma.

Fred opened a new practice in Ponca City in 2009, and remains dedicated to social security disability, personal injury and workers' compensation law. Because of Fred’s reputation for helping others and his hard-working team, this new law firm has already expanded to a second office in Oklahoma City. Fred and his experienced and dedicated attorneys and staff are committed to giving personalized service to their clients.
