Hohn Boettcher graduated from the University of Santa Clara School
of Law in 1995. Ms. Boettcher served for three years as a law clerk
for the Honorable Judges Bridges, Small and Wardell in Washington
State Superior Court. After practicing law in Washington State, she
returned to Oklahoma and joined Fred Boettcher Law where she is an
advocate for people in need of Social Security Disability Insurance
and Social Security Income. Ms. Boettcher is a Sustaining Member of
the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’
Representatives (NOSSCR).
Ms. Boettcher is a passionate advocate for children and people seeking justice. She worked on children’s issues in law school co-authoring a paper submitted for the Western Psychological Association’s Annual meeting: “Attachment Issues in Infant Placement: Legal Lessons from the Data.” Ms. Boettcher was active in CASA helping children who are in the state’s dependency system. As well, she researched and wrote for the Honorable Leonard Edwards on issues involving children in the juvenile court system. Ms. Boettcher has also been involved in a variety of environmental issues striving to achieve a balance between stewardship of our American lands and the need to use its resources.
Ms. Boettcher and her husband, Mike, have three children.
