K. Wayne Lee is a partner with Fred Boettcher Law. His practice is limited to representation of injured workers in all phases of the workers’ compensation system. Previously, Mr. Lee represented employers and insurance carriers before the Workers’ Compensation Court. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, and a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
Mr. Lee holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubble and is a member of the Kay County (President, 2008) and Oklahoma Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and a member of Lawyers for Working Oklahomans where he serves on the editorial board. He served thirteen years as an infantry officer in the Army Reserve and Oklahoma Army National Guard, where he earned the Airborne and Air Assault badges.
Mr. Lee and his wife, Paige, live in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and have five children.
